1. Getting Started

Open your investor account in 4 simple steps — fully online.

    Click "Open Account" on the homepage and select your investor type (Individual, GCC, Corporate, Minor).

    Complete personal information including full name, Qatar ID, date of birth and contact details.

  3. 3

    Upload your Qatar ID (front & back), proof of address, and IBAN certificate.

  4. 4

    Review and submit. You will receive your National Investor Number (NIN) within 1 business day by SMS and email.

2. First Login & OTP

Securely access the portal using your registered email or NAS ID.

    Click "Investor Login" in the top right corner of any page.

  2. 2

    Enter your registered email or NIN and password.

  3. 3

    Enter the 6-digit OTP code sent to your registered mobile number.

  4. 4

    On first login you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication for added security.

3. Navigating the Dashboard

Your personalized command centre for all investment activity.

    Top: portfolio value, daily change, KYC status and YTD dividends.

  2. 2

    Centre: live performance chart, breakdown by holding and live QSE ticker.

  3. 3

    Right: quick actions (Update IBAN, Transfer Shares, Download Statement, Update Profile).

    Bottom: recent requests, upcoming corporate events (AGM, dividends, KYC expiry).

4. Updating Your IBAN

Keep dividend payouts flowing to the right bank account.

    Go to E-Services → Update IBAN.

  2. 2

    Enter your new IBAN and bank name.

  3. 3

    Upload an IBAN certificate (PDF or JPG, max 5MB) issued by your bank in Qatar.

  4. 4

    Submit the request. Approval is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

5. Share Transfer

Transfer ownership between investor accounts (gift, inheritance, family).

    Open E-Services → Share Transfer.

  2. 2

    Select the source account and the security symbol.

  3. 3

    Enter the recipient's NIN and the number of shares.

  4. 4

    Choose the transfer type (Family, Gift, Inheritance, Court Order) and upload the supporting legal document.

  5. 5

    Submit and track approval in My Requests. SLA: 2–3 business days.

6. Downloading Statements

Generate signed PDF statements instantly for any date range.

    Open E-Services → Statement of Account.

  2. 2

    Choose the date range (last 30 days, 1 year, custom).

  3. 3

    Click Generate. Your signed PDF is ready immediately for download or email delivery.

7. Account Security

Best practices to keep your investor account safe.

    Never share your password or OTP with anyone — EDAA staff will never ask for them.

  2. 2

    Enable biometric login on the mobile app for faster, secure access.

  3. 3

    Review login activity in Profile → Security regularly.

  4. 4

    Report any suspicious activity immediately by calling +974 4433 3333 or via the in-portal Help Centre.
